My practice reveres both the physical body and the feminine spirit. I see the body and mind as one, each supporting the betterment of the other.


Whether you are preparing for pregnancy, navigating postpartum, or nourishing your infant, this is the opportunity to connect with your body’s innate wisdom.

I help women align with their unique biology, trust their inner knowing, and feel empowered in every phase of motherhood. The care you give yourself is the opportunity to break generational patterns and improve on the health of your children and their children's children. 

Your well-being in motherhood is deeply personal and exquisitely precious. I approach our time together as an energetic exchange and an opportunity for growth.

Healing happens on many levels. I work with you through emotional transitions in all phases of motherhood that may be inhibiting you from optimizing your health. This work reconnects you to your inner wisdom and brings clarity, meaning, and peace to your motherhood journey.

Breastfeeding Support

Feeding your baby requires much physical and mental stamina from the mother. I offer breastfeeding support that considers both the well-being of the mother and the baby. From pain with breastfeeding, mastitis, supply issues, feeding transitions and more. This time can be vulnerable for so many which is why I am incredibly passionate about individualized care and education that is designed to best support your unique needs.

I need breastfeeding support ASAP, how can I reach you? Please email me, sarahhaighnutrition@gmail.com and I will get in touch with you promptly.

Do I need to be pregnant to work with you? Not at all. I support women at many stages, preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Whether you’re navigating fertility or simply looking to align your lifestyle with your long-term health and future motherhood journey, you are welcome to book a session.

What does a typical session look like? Each session is individualized but includes nutritional and lifestyle guidance, emotional check-ins, and education tailored to your goals. You’ll leave with practical action steps, clarity, and resources that support your unique needs.

I'm not pregnant but I want to be healthier overall. Where do I start? Curiousity and a desire to change is the first step. There are so many free tools to utilize before ever having to step foot in a gym or book an appointment. I would start with alignment of your circadian rhythm, daily morning and evening sunlight, eliminate processed foods, 90% home cooked meals, daily walks and movement, nurturing relationships, eliminating screen time as much as possible, consistent with your oral health, liver support, involvement in your community, self- love, curiousity, compassion. How do I prepare for my first appointment? Once you book, you'll receive an intake form to complete before we meet. This helps me understand your goals and history. For our session, find a quiet space, bring any questions or concerns, and know that you’ll be met with care and support.

Can I work with you while still seeing my doctor or midwife? Absolutely. My work complements the care you receive from your medical team. I often collaborate with clients’ healthcare providers to ensure integrated and aligned care.

What kind of training do you have? I am a Certified Nutrition Consultant through, Oh Baby School of Holistic Nutrition. I am also a Certified Lactation Counselor through Breastfeed LA. My approach integrates evidence-based care, clinical training, and a deep understanding of the emotional and energetic transformation that motherhood brings.
